SEBTender 70L- Papain (Liquid)
SEBTender 70 L can be used as a meat tenderizer. It hydrolyzes the meat proteins thus improving digestibility, reducing bitterness, improving water absorption and palatability of the meat.

SEBTender 70P- Papain (Powder)
SEBTender 70 P is a plant sourced, food grade, meat tenderizer with a strong protease activity between pH 6.0 to 8.0.

Bromelain 1:10- Bromelain
Bromelain 1:10 is used by itself or in combination with other proteases as a meat tenderizer or for more complete hydrolysis for use in agriculture, the feed industry, cosmetic industry and many others.
